The EnergyPlus Loan for Colorado is a lower rate, fixed-rate installment loan that features an easy, paperless process with instant credit decisions. There is no lien on the borrower’s home and no penalty for pre-payment. NEIF pays the contractor upon satisfactory completion of the work.
Upgrades that qualify for financing include HVAC, electrification, generators, insulation, roofing, solar, and other energy improvements. All work financed must be performed by NEIF-Approved Contractors: leading companies of all sizes that have met or exceeded NEIF’s standards for commitment to quality work, customer service, financial stability, and personal integrity.
