VinFast has officially expanded its electric two-wheeler portfolio with the launch of three new models: the Vero X, Feliz, and Feliz Lite.

Unveiled on September 10, these scooters are equipped with a dual-battery system, one of which is removable, a design that significantly extends their range and enhances user flexibility. This move complements VinFast’s existing two-battery lineup, which includes the Evo Grand and Evo Grand Lite.

All three new models feature a fixed 2.4 kWh battery located under the footrest, along with a secondary battery of the same capacity in the trunk. This second battery, priced at 5 million VND (~$190 USD), allows for a remarkable increase in range from 134 km (with a single battery) to a total of 262 km with both batteries engaged. This innovation is “a bold step towards sustainable transport development,” according to VinFast.

VinFast Vero X. Targeting the near-premium segment, the Vero X stands out with its unique, modern design. It includes a TFT color display and a Smart Key with a vehicle locator function. The scooter’s trunk offers a generous 35-liter capacity without the optional second battery. Powered by a 2,250 W BLDC in-hub motor, it can accelerate from 0–50 km/h in 15 seconds and reach a top speed of 70 km/h. Its suggested retail price is 34.9 million VND (~$1,326 USD), with sales expected to begin in September.

VinFast Feliz and Feliz Lite. The new dual-battery versions of the Feliz and Feliz Lite inherit the popular, modern design of their predecessors. The Feliz is aimed at high-performance riders, achieving a top speed of 70 km/h, while the Feliz Lite is limited to 48 km/h, making it suitable for younger riders or those without a license. Both models are powered by a 2,800 W BLDC in-hub motor and have a 34-liter trunk. The suggested retail price for both is 25.9 million VND (~$984 USD). The Feliz is currently available at dealerships, while the Feliz Lite will also be released this month.

To encourage the green transition, VinFast is offering special promotions until December 31, 2025. These include a 10% discount on the vehicle price and a 100% exemption from registration fees. With these incentives, the effective prices are reduced to 22.79 million VND (~$866 USD) for the Feliz and Feliz Lite, and 30.71 million VND (~$1,167 USD) for the Vero X.

In terms of after-sales support, VinFast is providing an exceptional warranty package. The company “proudly offers an impressive 10-year, 125,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and 10-year, unlimited-miles battery warranty under standard use.” For these new electric scooters, VinFast is applying a 6-year vehicle warranty and an 8-year battery warranty, which is double the coverage of many competing models. VinFast also offers free charging at V-Green public charging stations nationwide until May 2027.
