Tim Riley Brings Thirty-Four Years of Diverse Agriculture Sales, Sales Management, and Marketing Experience to Sipcam
, /PRNewswire/ — Sipcam Agro USA, Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Riley of Harrisonville, MO, as the National Sales Manager for the company’s trusted plant protection solutions serving the agriculture, and the turf and ornamental industries.
Riley brings a wealth of experience spanning the chemical, biological, seed, equipment, animal health, and financial/risk management markets. With a strong customer-focused background, he has built his career on delivering long- and short-term business strategies that drive sustainable growth. His areas of expertise include executive leadership, business strategy, negotiations, team building, sales management and market development.
Most recently, Riley served as North American Strategic Account Manager for MBFi, where he led sales and marketing strategy for a 20-product portfolio in the biologics market. In that role, he projected an impressive 2,000% growth for the 2025 season.
Previously, Riley was Director of Sales, North America at Certis Biologicals, where he managed a team of Key Account Managers and 14 Regional Sales Representatives. There, he successfully reorganized the sales structure to strengthen strategic partnerships, improve distribution contracting, and drive customer-focused solutions through incentive programs.
